1️⃣ Orders & Payments
Q: How do I place an order?
Just add your favourite items to the cart, fill in your details, and complete the payment. Boom — order placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets & Cash on Delivery (if available in your area).
Q: I placed the order. Now what?
We start preparing your items fresh. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking link.
2️⃣ Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?

AP & Telangana: 2–4 days

Rest of India: 4–7 days
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
Not yet, but we’re working on it.
Q: How do I track my order?
You’ll receive SMS/Email/WhatsApp with the tracking link once your order is shipped.
3️⃣ Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return food items?
Nope — since everything is fresh and perishable, we don’t accept returns.
Q: When do I get a refund?
Refunds are given ONLY if:

The product is damaged/leaking

Wrong item is sent

Items are missing

Order is lost in transit
Raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Q: How do I request a refund?
Send photos/videos of the issue + your order ID to our support team.
4️⃣ Product-Related Questions
Q: Are your products homemade?
Absolutely. All items are handcrafted in small batches using traditional methods.
Q: Do you use palm oil?
Zero palm oil. Only pure, clean oils.
Q: Do you add preservatives or artificial colours?
Never. Everything is clean & natural.
Q: What’s the shelf life?
Depends on the product — usually 15–45 days. Shelf life is mentioned on each product page.
Q: How should I store snacks & sweets?
Keep them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
5️⃣ Order Issues
Q: My order is delayed — what do I do?
Ping us with your order ID. We’ll check with the courier ASAP.
Q: My order shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Let us know immediately — we’ll help you sort it out with the courier.
Q: I entered the wrong address. Can I update it?
Only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once dispatched, we can’t change the address.
